Start your day with a luxurious and healthy treat. Cacao is rich in calcium, magnesium and iron. It can give you a warm cosy feeling and may enhance your mood through its natural transmission of serotonin. Hazelnuts are high in beneficial fats and vitamins which may prove beneficial in controlling cholesterol and inflammation. Strawberries are abundant in vitamins and minerals. The good news is they are also low GI which means they should not cause big spikes in your blood sugar. Break fast with a feel good cacao kick. Sold as 300g pack.
